Getting your money out.

How do I withdraw?

My Account, then Withdraw. Choose where to send the money (the card you deposited with), enter the amount and confirm. The minimum is £10.00.

How long does a withdrawal take?

We review every withdrawal before sending it, and some need extra checks. After we release it, your bank decides how long it takes to arrive. We don't promise a fixed time.

Why can't I withdraw?

Your account must be verified. We also can't pay out while we are waiting for documents we have asked for, or if the amount is more than your available balance.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

If it is still Pending, email support@bettom.com and we will cancel it and return the money to your balance.
