How do I place a bet?
Tap a price on an event. It appears on your Bet Slip. Enter a stake, check the potential return, press Place Bet and confirm. The bet then shows in My Bets.
How do fractional odds work?
A price of 5/2 means you win £5 for every £2 staked, plus your stake back. So £10 at 5/2 returns £35. Evens (1/1) doubles your stake. Prefer decimals? Switch in the Bet Slip header: 5/2 is 3.50, and the return is stake × 3.50.
What is a double, treble or accumulator?
A bet that combines selections from different events. All of them must win. The odds multiply together, so the return is bigger, and so is the chance of losing. The Bet Slip offers it automatically when you have two or more selections from different events.
The price changed while I was placing my bet.
Prices move, especially in play. If one changes after you add it, the Bet Slip crosses out the old price and shows the new one. Nothing is placed until you accept. Tick "Accept price changes automatically" if you are happy to take whatever the current price is.
Why is a market suspended?
In play, markets pause for a few seconds when something is about to happen or is being reviewed, such as a penalty, a VAR check or a break point. They reopen with updated prices.
Is there a maximum stake or payout?
Stakes are between £0.10 and £10,000 per bet. Maximum payouts depend on the sport and market and are set out in our Betting Rules.
