When is my bet settled?
When the official result is confirmed. For football that is at full time (90 minutes plus stoppage time, unless the market says otherwise). For racing it is at the "weighed in" announcement.
What does "void" mean?
The bet is treated as if it was never placed and the stake is returned. In a multiple, a void leg is removed and the rest of the bet stands at reduced odds.
What happens if a match is abandoned?
Markets already decided when play stopped are settled. Others are void unless the match is completed within the time set in our Betting Rules.
What is Rule 4?
When a horse is withdrawn late, the chances of the others go up. Rule 4 is a standard deduction from winnings on the rest of the field, based on the withdrawn horse's price.
I think my bet was settled wrongly.
