How it works

Seven steps from a new account to money back in your bank. The first two take a few minutes. Verification depends on the documents you send.

  1. Create an account

Give us your name, date of birth, home address, email and a password. Use your real details: they have to match your ID later, and withdrawals can be held up if they don't. Register

  2. Confirm your details

We email you a link. Open it within 48 hours to activate the account. Until you do, you can't log in.

  3. Complete verification

The law requires us to confirm your age and identity before you gamble. In My Account, under Verification, upload a photo ID and a proof of address from the last three months. Your status goes from Verification Required to Pending, then to Verified. What we accept

  4. Deposit

Choose the payment method, enter the amount and confirm. Now is a good moment to set a deposit limit. You can find it under Safer Gambling in My Account. Payments explained

  5. Choose sports or casino

One balance covers both. Go to Sports, Live or Racing to bet, or to Casino and Live Casino to play.

  6. Place a bet or play

The two routes are set out below. Everything you do shows up in My Account: bets under My Bets, casino rounds under Casino History, money under Transaction History.

  7. Withdraw

Request a withdrawal from My Account. We review it, then pay it back to the card you deposited with. Some requests need extra checks first, so we don't promise a fixed time.

  2. Market
  3. Selection
  4. Bet Slip
  5. Stake
  6. Place Bet

Event. Find the match or race under Sports, Live or Racing, or search for a team or player.

Market. The main market sits on the event row, for example the match result. Tap the +number on the right to open the others: both teams to score, total goals, correct score and so on.

Selection. Tap the price you want. It is ringed and written onto your Bet Slip. Tap it again to take it off.

Bet Slip. On a computer the slip sits to the right of the page. On a phone it opens from the Bet Slip button at the bottom of the screen. With two or more selections from different events, you can also back them together as a double, treble or accumulator.

Stake. Type how much you want to bet on each line. The slip shows the potential return, which includes your stake.

Place Bet. Check the summary and confirm. If a price has moved in the meantime, the slip shows the old price crossed out next to the new one and waits for you. Placed bets go to My Bets under Open Bets and move to Settled Bets once the result is in.

Casino

  1. Game
  2. Launch
  3. Stake
  4. Play
  5. Game History

Game. Browse the lobby by category, or search by name or provider. Each game has its own page explaining how it plays.

Launch. Press Play. If you aren't logged in, you'll be asked to log in or register first. The game opens using your BetTOM balance.

Stake. Set the stake inside the game. The minimum and maximum are shown there.

Play. Play at your own pace, or at the studio's pace for live games. Your balance updates after each round.

Game History. Every round is logged in Casino History in My Account with the game, time, stake and return.
