Payment methods
The payment method connected to bettom.co at the moment is:

The card must be registered in your name. Credit cards, including credit cards held in e-wallets, cannot be used for gambling in Great Britain. When we add another method, it will be listed here and in the Deposit page of My Account, along with its limits.

Go to My Account and choose Deposit. Pick the payment method, enter the amount and confirm. The smallest deposit is £10.00, and a single deposit can be up to £5,000.00, as long as it is within any deposit limit you have set.
Your card provider may ask you to approve the payment in its app or by text. The deposit shows as Pending until the payment provider confirms it, then as Completed, and only then is it added to your balance.

Withdrawals go back to the card you deposited with. The minimum withdrawal is £10.00. Your account must be fully verified before we can pay out.
Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team before it is sent. Once we have released it, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank. We don't give a guaranteed time for withdrawals, because some requests need the checks described below.
Payment verification
We may ask you to show that the card is yours: usually a photo of the card with the middle eight digits covered and only your name, the first six and the last four digits visible. Never send us the three-digit security code from the back.
Transaction statuses

| Pending | We have your request. For a deposit, we are waiting for the payment provider to confirm it. For a withdrawal, it is waiting for our review. |
| Processing | A withdrawal has been approved and sent to the payment provider. |
| Completed | The money has moved: a deposit is in your balance, or a withdrawal has left us. |
| Declined | The payment did not go through, for example because your bank refused it or a check failed. We will tell you why where we can. |
| Cancelled | The request was stopped before it completed, by you or by us. Any money reserved for it is back in your balance. |
Transaction History
My Account has a full list of your deposits and withdrawals with the date, type, amount, method, status and a reference number. Quote the reference if you contact us about a payment.
Extra checks
As a licensed operator we have to prevent money laundering and make sure customers aren't spending more than they can afford. Because of that, we may ask where the money you gamble with comes from, for example a recent payslip or bank statement. We may hold a withdrawal or pause deposits until we have what we need. These checks are required of us and we can't skip them, but we will explain what we need and why. Questions about them go to compliance@bettom.com.
