How can I deposit?
With a Visa debit card in your name. Go to My Account, then Deposit: choose the method, enter the amount and confirm. The minimum deposit is £10.00.
Can I use a credit card?
No. Credit card gambling is banned in Great Britain.
My deposit is showing as Pending.
Pending means we are waiting for the payment provider to confirm the payment. Once it does, the deposit shows as Completed and is added to your balance. If your bank asks you to approve the payment in its app, do that first.
Why was my deposit declined?
Common reasons are the bank blocking gambling transactions, not enough funds, a deposit limit being reached, or a card not in your name. Check with your bank, or contact support@bettom.com.
How do I set a deposit limit?
My Account, Safer Gambling. Choose daily, weekly or monthly and enter the amount. A lower limit applies straight away; a higher one waits 24 hours.
