Who can open a BetTOM account?
Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in the United Kingdom. You need an email address, a UK home address and a Visa debit card in your own name. We verify every customer, so the details must match your ID.
How do I register?
Press Register at the top of any page and fill in your name, date of birth, email, password and address. Accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. We then email you an activation link. Register now
I didn't get the activation email.
Give it a few minutes and look in your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Go to the login page and use "Send a new activation link". Each new link cancels the old one. If you typed your email wrong when registering, contact support@bettom.com from the address you meant to use.
Do I need separate accounts for sports and casino?
No. One account and one balance work across the sportsbook, racing, casino and live casino.
Is there an app?
Not at the moment. bettom.co is built to work in the browser on your phone: the Bet Slip and your account are in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
